Pizzas are a snack loved by all.  These round mini shaped pizzas are easy to make and best of all everyone can make their own just the way they like it.  Plus, they do not take long to make.  Use English muffins or bagels for the crust and provide all the toppings.  Toss them in the oven for a few minutes and you will have a hearty World Cup party snack.

World Cup Party Pizza Muffins

These are a great “round” snack that is sure to please everyone at your World Cup party.  They are quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
* 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
* ½ cup fine yellow cornmeal
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 2 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp salt
* 1 large egg, lightly beaten
* 1¼ cup milk
* ¼ cup vegetable oil
* 1/3 cup marinara sauce
* 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
* 1/3 cup chopped meat (pepperoni, sausage, beef – whatever your heart desires)

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line 36 mini muffin cups with paper liners.
3. Sift flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a large mixing bowl.
4. In a different bowl, blend the egg, milk, and vegetable oil.
5. Add this to the dry ingredients.  Stir until smooth.
6. In a separate smaller bowl, blend the marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.
7. Put batter into muffin pan liners up to ¾ full.  Place ½ tsp sauce and cheese mixture on top.  Push in slightly and sprinkle with finely chopped meat.
8. Bake for 15 minutes.

Let them cool down and then enjoy!

World Cup Party Soccer Sandwiches

Provide round buns for World Cup party soccer sandwiches, and let your guests build a soccer sandwich with all the meats and condiments they love.  Be sure to include different types of deli meats and cheeses.  Everyone is sure to find a sandwich they love.

Ingredients:
* 1 c peanut butter
* 1 cup honey
* 3 cups old fashioned oats
* ½ cup ground flaxseed
* 1 cup chocolate chips
* ½ cup nuts (any variety)
* ½ cup dried fruit

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together.  Roll into 1 inch “footballs” and place in a soccer ball paper mini muffin cup.  Place in an air tight container and let them stay in the refrigerator all night.
