Twilight Party Ideas - Transform Your Home into the Twilight Set

Ok, there are many Twilight obsessed fans out there, so what better way to spice up a regular birthday party or special event then to bring on the vampires?
Creating Your Twilight Invitations
For your invitation, you can go with a Twilight movie picture or the covers of the books. You can even get more creative with a picture of a goblet holding red blood. Invite your guests to share in a feeding as you celebrate the life force of all living things…
Creating the Haunting Scene
Stick with a color scheme of red, black and white. In the background, it will be a must to have the Twilight soundtrack playing. On top of that, let scenes from the movie play on a television.
Invite guests to paint there faces white, dress in dark clothing and allow their mysterious eyes to standout.
A great prop to have is red apples. Hurricane vases or clear bowls filled with red apples will add intensity to the room.
Along with the apples, pick red colored candies like red licorice and label their blood type.
Pick quotes from the movie and write them out in red and put them in black frames.
Twilight Games
Pin the Heart on Bella is a great Twilight game. Print a picture of Bella and enlarge it or buy a poster picture of her. Next, cut out small hearts. Blindfold your guests, one at a time, and turn them around a few times. Once they are out of sorts, ask them to place the heart on Bella. The player who gets closest to her heart wins the game.
Another great Twilight game is playing with smells. Vampires have a very keen sense of smell. Test your guests sense of scent by them identify smells. Collect things like chocolate chips, tuna, baby powder, eggs, peanut butter etc. and place them in containers and in then in a bag that conceals what they are. Number the bags and have each guest smell them and write down what they think each number is. Whoever gets the most amount right, wins!
Food and Drinks For Your Twilight Party
Cullens don’t eat, they drink. The drinks you have at this party are the highlight of this twilight.
Two must have drinks are Apple Beer and Red Punch, both of which are non-alcoholic, of course.
The Apple Beer comes in a bottle that has a black label and a red apple on the front reflecting the first book of the saga.
The Red Punch can be made with any kind of red soda or Hawaiian punch. Simply pour it into a big bowl and allow for floating apples.
In addition to whatever party snacks you choose to include, make room for some red velvet cupcakes.
It’s all about resisting temptation and red velvet cupcakes are definitely tempting.
Bake any recipe you like of cupcakes. They can come from a box at the store. The key is in the decorating. When you bake them, place them in black or red cupcake wrappers. Get a small bottle of white powder to cover the frosting with. Then top each cupcake with a mini red crab apple. You can also get a pair of fake teeth, dab them into red colored corn syrup and then place the teeth into the cupcake.
A Twilight party will be the talk of all of your guests. With these few tips you can have a hauntingly good time with your friends at an unexpected party.
