World Cup Party 2 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 1
For those not really interested in Soccer, the World Cup will be next year in South Africa. The buzz is great for this tournament next year and my friend is planning to cash in a bit with a viewing party.

Any tips?

There are so many things that you have to consider in order to cash in or even have fun in the upcoming World Cup.

Here's the biggest obstacle: the time difference and schedule. You have to know the exact time and have the right television subscription to have a viewing party.

I think planning for this type of party is too early for now because of the schedule problems. Advice your friend to just take care of the location first and make some adjustments later when specific dates and schedules come out.

I think the timing must be highly considered when having a party that is related to an event like this one. The competition is going to be taking place right there in Africa and the time difference is going to pose an issue. It is a great idea, but lay hold of the match schedules and compare with your plans and see if it works. You should also carry others along.

Organizing a world cup party will even be more interesting, should your country be part of the teams that are going to the world cup to take active part. In case your country didn't make it to the world cup, you may as well pitch your tent with another team you love, this time a strong team. I suggest teams like England, Holland, Brazil. The chances of these teams going far are very bright and the longer they go in the competition, the more fun you enjoy. I should not also forget tto mention Spain as well as one of the countries to do well.
