I'm looking to have a sports-themed party for one of my clients. She asked for this type of party for her 12-year old son because he and his friends are very interested in Baseball. I don't want the party to be limited on this game so I want to have something interesting for everyone.

The easiest way for a sports-themed party for a pre-teen is the decorations, games and the cake. Have some large posters of popular sports personalities, have a quiz show based on baseball and have a cake with his photo playing baseball

I think it's better for you to focus on a single sport. In this case, baseball. Your kid might not really appreciate other sports so it's better to get decorations on a particular game.

Instead of formal party at home, you can hold a kick-ball or baseball party for the kids. You can rent your local baseball park or at least the area where the kids can play. The food doesn't have to be expensive and the pre-teen does not have to deal with some routine birthday.
