One of the upcoming parties we're preparing for is the Fireman party. We have already talked with the head of the fire department and he has agreed access to the fire truck. It's a birthday party for an 8-year old kid and I think that's a great start for the theme.

Once you have the firetruck, everything else will come into place. In fact, you really don't have to do a lot of decorations since the big firetruck can be a great attraction to your kids party. Good luck

While it's a great idea to have the firetruck - you could improve the atmosphere by distributing fireman hats to all kids attending the party. They can become small or junior firefighters as they enjoy the actual firetruck
