I know I'm a bit paranoid but I'm hosting a New Year's Eve party and I want everyone to have fun. My biggest concern is the food and I think there might not be enough for the guests. Any tips on what should I do?

I had this experience once and this is what I did: I sensed that the food is running out so I immediately rushed to the nearby supermarket and purchased some snacks and anything that can be cooked by a microwave or baked. Some noticed there were no food left but I was able to compensate with some snacks The moral of the story: anticipate and immediately react.
