I'm also working with a friend whose planning to have a party and workshop with the parents in pre-school. It's a sort of advertising but she'd like to give back to the community because of her numerous students for the past few years. Any ideas please...

You might consider having two areas for the party - the first area is for the kids where the party will be happening. The other area will be for parents who will attend the workshop.

Or it could be a very fun activity for the kids too. Make it for both the kids and the parents. Like a Disney activity filled with reading and clay and balloons.

You could start with a little game, then a small talk, and then some parent and child tandem game. Make sure that the talk won't last more than 20 mins.
