It's not going to be a contest but a community activity where everyone brings their cooking ware for a "cook off". This type of party is already a tradition but I think I could share the idea for everyone. We basically have a small food festival for the kids and adults. This is not just your burgers and barbecue - we prepare some challenging menu for everyone

That's a great idea. Maybe we could have a street party in our neighborhood and share some food. Consider yourself lucky since everyone is sharing something for everyone to enjoy. I could also pull this off but I think that would be for a specific group.

You can also have a cooking show or a contest. Competition creates cooperation.
