Guys please help. I'm planning a party for 6-year old kids. The theme is "Spongebob Squarepants" and I want to have a small centerpiece and I don't have any clue on what to add in the centerpiece.

I always love combining small balloons with flowers as center piece for a kid's birthday party. Although this will require a lot of time to prepare, it's actually enjoyable to watch them play with the small balloons. A friend of mine even combined cupcakes with balloons but the cupcakes are hidden inside so that kids will literally dig the center piece.

Thanks for the input. I was thinking flowers at first but they can be a bit expensive and kids might not be interested. The balloon idea is actually very ingenious

You can even skip the idea of having center pieces for kid's birthday parties. Instead of elegantly preparing them to be eaten or destroyed, leave them in the center portion of the table for the kids to enjoy.
