I wanted everyone to have fun for my husband's party that means no one will be the designated driver. Do you think it's a smart idea to have a bus or at least some cab company take care of the late night transportation for everyone? I guess my concern is that there could be too many cars in our street the next morning that it might cause some traffic jam.

That's actually a great idea! Just make sure that everyone will be there when the bus arrives to take them to the party place. It could be an added expense but it's for everyone's safety.

make sure you give the driver a map of where they live. Then the party can start as soon as you pick up the first person. Pick up the person that lives the farthest from where the party would be. But that means you'll be in the bus too.

I think there won't be any problem with this idea of a party. Makes perfect sense and even extends the togetherness.
