We're planning to have a party in my friend's boat. I'm in charge of the games which is kinda new to me. The boat is relatively large (used to be for fishing) but may not be enough for the kids to be running around.

I suggest you look for games that do not require a lot of movement but still fun. I was at a birthday party once in a boat and we had Charades. You can even have a game where you get the kids to identify various creatures from the sea.

If the boat would be large enough for the kids, you can suggest that parents bring their fishing gear and teach their kids to fish. It's a very simple activity but will take them most of the day. The party will become one large fishing trip

Also remember that there might be people who have a problem with the sea. For that reason, bring some medicines that will deal with sea sickness. Make sure that they take them BEFORE boarding to avoid awkward situations
