Birthday Party for Grandpa in a Bus 2 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
We came up with this idea on how to give our Grandpa a befitting 70th birthday party that the whole town will never stop talking about for a long long time to come. There are some of us Grandpa has not seen for close to two years now. We called one another on phone, made some arrangemets and decided to invite him over.

Some of us will be at the Train station awaiting his arrival, while those of us who have been away for years will be hiding some where, hoping to suprise him with a very big bus parked somewhere, with a driver hired for the purpose of driving us around town, while we give Grandpa a big birthday bash.

The two things grandpa does not know are: He does not know other grandchildren of his, whom he has not seen for years would be in the party and He also does not know about our plans to treat him to a big bus birthday party.

What else can you guys come up with in terms of suggestions to make it a most remarkable event?

That's a great concept for a party! Here's some of my suggestions if you still have time:

* Create a route where it can create memories for your Grandpa
* Have a small band (acoustic) that can provide music
* Clear the seats of the bus or place them on the side instead of the traditional seating

Here is my suggestion:

Have a good crowd show up in the terminal but have some people wait in strategic areas in the neighborhood. You can even have the important people in your grandpa’s life to wait in the neighborhood instead of staying in the terminal.
