My friend is asking for help for her 21st birthday party and her idea is quite unique but can be fun when done right. We're thinking of renting a few bikes (the easy ones) so that we can have a small road trip in our area. We'll end our road trip in one of the small parks in a nearby city so that we can have a bottle of wine or each will have a can of beer with some food.

That's a great plan steph. You can even improve the experience by plotting the route so that you can visit various places in your area and the nearby cities. Also, be careful in drinking while driving
