Mini Footballs

Adults and children love playing with mini footballs.  Get mini footballs of everyone’s favorite team and hand them out at the door.  You can purchase these for a few dollars and they will go a long way in making the party fun.

Whistles

The whistle is the sound football fans hate to hear when they are watching the game, but they can be a lot of fun as a favor. Hand out whistles at the door and let everyone be a ref for a day.  If they don’t like a play, they can blow the whistle.  While it might not stop the game, it will add to the fun.

Increasing the noise is always fun at a party, so don’t leave the whistle out when you gather your party favors.

Tailgating Coolers

If the football party is for adults, consider some tailgating coolers.  You don’t have to spend a lot of money on these.  Find some cheap coolers that are portable. The ones that can be carried like a bag are the best as a party favor.  They are small and affordable, and yet they are incredibly useful for football fans that want to bring their favorite beverage to the tailgating party.

If you can find a cooler with the guests’ favorite teams, choose those.  If not, plain coolers will work.

Mini Helmets

Mini helmets are a popular item. You can find small helmets of your favorite team and pass them out to guests.  The helmets are a nice keepsake and can be used as a decoration at someone’s home.  They are a fun memento for people to have.

Football Tickets

If you want to have a grand prize at your party, consider football tickets.  What attendee wouldn’t love some tickets to see his favorite team stomp the competition?  While you probably will not want to give tickets to everyone, you can save it for a special event. 

Be sure to fill the favor bag up at the football party. You want to score a touchdown and the best way to do that is to give people lots of fun favors.  People come to a football party to play, and you can enhance the play with party favors.

Tips for Football Party Favors

• You don’t need to spend a lot of money to ensure everyone will have a great time.  Keep it simple. You can find lots of small favors the guests will love.
• If you are throwing the party for little kids, the name of the team might not be important.  If they are too young to have a favorite team, get generic items. They will be cheaper.
• If the party is for younger kids, consider football stickers.  The kids will love them, and they will not cost much at all.
