Football
Affordable and Fun Football Party Games

If you are throwing a football party, you can expect to have a great time. You can fill your football party with all kinds of things to do without spending much money at all. This will make your football party a hit.
Football Tossing
For this game, all you will need is a football and a target. A basket makes a great target for the game.
Have everyone line up and then take turns tossing the football into the target. When someone makes it, they need to move back to the next position and try it from there. The object of the game is to move back further than anyone else.
Two Hand Touch
Part of the fun of a football party is playing some football. Get a quick game of two hand touch together. It doesn’t have to be anything serious. Just head out to the backyard and have a fun game. You can have a prize for the winning team, or you can just allow the winners to have the pride in knowing they took the other team down.
Keyword Drinking Game
If the party is for adults only, consider the keyword drinking game. With this game, you will need to write down ten common words that are said at a football game. You can use words such as “football,” “touchdown” and other words related to football. Then, assign a drink value to each word.
For example, if someone says “touchdown,” you can make everyone take two drinks.
Super Bowl Squares
Super Bowl squares is perhaps the most popular football party game. In order to play this game you will need to draw a 10-by-10 grid on a sheet of paper. Then, you will need to write in the numbers 0 through 9. The numbers need to be placed above the squares on top of the grid. Then, do the same thing on the left side of the grid.
Then, you need to put in the team names. Write one team at the top of the grid and one at the left side of the grid.
At this point, things will start to get interesting. You will sell the squares to your attendees and write their initials in the square or squares they purchased. Then, it is game time.
When the game is over, you will need to find out who the winner is. If the score was 21 to 10, you will need to find the place on the grid where the one and zero meet. You will take the last digit of each score. Whoever has the square where the digits meet is the winner. He then wins the pot.
If you incorporate these party games into your next football party, you are sure to score a touchdown. You will entertain yourself and your guests and give everyone a party to remember.
You don’t have to spend a lot of money to have fun at a football party. All you need is some creativity and you will be able to have a great time.
